1. Returns
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at 📧 support@apexprinters.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the product securely with the receipt and RA number.
- Ship it to the address we provide. (Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.)
2. Refunds

- After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
